Summer of Socks 2007

Here are the rules for the Weekly Link Contest

1. Links should be sent in an e-mail with the subject “Weekly Link Contest” to summerofsocks2007 [at] yahoo [dot] com with the following information:

• Your name as it appears on the SOS2007 blog side bar
• Your blog URL
• The link your are submitting
• A description of why you think it would be of interest to others

2. Entries should be received by Sunday at 10pm EST for inclusion in the contest for the following week.

3. If two people submit the same link, the e-mail that arrives first will be the only one that will be counted.

4. One entry per person per week please!

5. You may only win this contest ONCE. Please do not make any more submissions after winning.

Added 6/28: 6. You may resubmit your entry if it does not win.

ETA: What type of links should you send? Pretty much anything goes as long as it has some relationship to what is going on in this along. It can be about knitting and/or crocheting socks, a cool pattern, an interesting technique or tutorial, a great photograph, an inspiring blog post… I could go on and on! You’ll probably want to dig around for something that not too many people have seen just yet or maybe just haven’t noticed. And you’ll want your link to be something that you think is special because you’ll be competing against what others send in. I hope that gives you some ideas as you being looking for interesting links to send in!

Please remember! Submissions that do not follow the proper e-mail format or meet the requirements listed here will be rejected and you may not resubmit. No exceptions!
